On Monday, January 6th 2020, at 6:00 p.m. the Donnelly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for purpose of receiving testimony from the public regarding the following application. The hearing will be held at the Donnelly Community Center 169 Halferty Street, Donnelly ID 83615.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by the City of Donnelly, Idaho, that the Donnelly City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on April 23, 2018, at the Donnelly Community Center, 169 Halferty Street, Donnelly, Idaho to consider public comment regarding the proposed implementation of a new Farmers Market fee. Information may be obtained from the City Clerk at Donnelly City Hall during regular business hours or by visiting www.cityofdonnelly.org.

Legal notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code §50-1402, that the Donnelly City Council will hold a public hearing on April 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Donnelly Community Center at 169 Halferty Street, Donnelly, Idaho for hearing public testimony regarding a proposal from the Donnelly Public Library District for conveyance of real property commonly known as the Donnelly Community Library from the City of Donnelly to the Donnelly Public Library District. The Donnelly Community Library property is more particularly described as: Section 10, Township 16, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Township of Donnelly, County of Valley, State of Idaho. Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. Written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing.
